This was my first appointment at this primary care office and I had a very disappointing experience. To start, my appointment was changed after I booked it online without any call to notify me. I had to call the office to question an email that I received showing my appointment time and it was not the time I booked. I spoke with someone very rude and condescending when asking why my appointment was randomly changed . I was then instructed to fast prior to my visit, but no lab work was done on-site, and I was told I would need to go elsewhere for labs, which made the fasting unnecessary and inconvenient. During the visit, I brought up an infection that was not addressed at all. I was also given a mental health questionnaire upon arrival, and my results were concerning, yet no one discussed them with me or followed up in any way. Although the doctor and staff I encountered today was polite, the overall visit felt very unproductive. I was told I would need to schedule another appointment just to obtain a referral and address the problems I mentioned. I honestly left the appointment very frustrated. As a nurse myself, I’m aware more could have been done and definitely felt dismissed and/or rushed. I chose this provider based on positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect that.
Dr. Zawahiri - Is one of the best doctors I have come across. He has the patience to listen and is really attentive. He really cares and is very easy to talk to. His diagnosis has been crisp, clear and on point. His office is very easy to work with and accommodative. I have never spent unnecessary time waiting and they’re are normally very efficient and quick in their operations. I definitely highly recommend.

Took 5 days to get a call back and the receptionist was rude. After 4 calls and a vm I get a call back no real introduction just “Did you make an appointment yet?” Said no I had questions. Then she told me she can’t help me I need to do everything on the website. Looking for a new primary care for my family and this was the worst first interaction I’ve had with anyone I have researched.
Enjoyed my visit from start to finish. I feel my concerns were heard and proper advice/ guidance was given. 10/10 would recommend!
