This place is not the same since new ownership took over. I have been getting cookies from GACC for over 40 years and they have always been amazing. I was at the RR outlet mall the other day, stopped in to get my husband 2 of their triangle cookies with frosting. First of all they don’t open till 11 now & they don’t even have any ready. Their shelves are never full and are dirty. when my husband ate his cookie he said it tasted old because it was hard and not chewy like he’s always had in the past… Get it together!!!!

I ordered a last minute holiday cake and I got easily accommodated with a two hour wait on a cake. Shanette took my order and was SO helpful. Thank you for an amazing cake and friendly service. Will 100% be ordering from this location again.
This place is ridiculous, the cookies are PAPER thin and when I asked for a refund she made a huge deal about it and refunded ONE then tried taking the other one from me bc I touched it and I demanded a refund for both if she was taking them back and she put them back in the display box after wards

Ordered a cookie cake to celebrate a milestone 23rd birthday and instead got something that looks like it was decorated during a sugar rush meltdown. The writing is so uneven and messy you’d think a toddler was experimenting with frosting for the first time. “Happy Birthday” is barely legible, and the name was not disposition or space out evenly. The “23” was very bold but not cleanly done. Lopsided and clumpy looks like it could’ve been squeezed on with ketchup. For a custom birthday cake that was ordered 48 hours in advance, I was hoping for more attention to detail. This felt more like a quick, last-minute effort than something made to celebrate a milestone. It’s edible, but not something I’d be proud to bring to a party. Save yourself the embarrassment — go elsewhere. Management thought the cake looked great.
I regularly come here for birthday cakes and love your products, but I was disappointed today. I came by for a slice before closing, expecting the store to be open until 7 PM as advertised. I arrived at 6:55 PM, but the doors were already locked, lights were off, and registers were closed. I even tried to ask two employees through the door, but they wouldn’t acknowledge or assist. Please update the Sunday hours if they’ve changed, or ensure the team adheres to the posted closing time. It would help avoid confusion for loyal customers like me. Thank you!
