I had such an amazing experience with the front desk person Kym. I had some questions and she was amazing answering them. I love her happy energetic personality. I can't wait to start going to the gym.

Great gym with an energetic vibe and helpful staff! Gold’s Gym Hesters Crossing has an excellent mix of equipment, space, and atmosphere. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours. Special callout to James, Michael, and Marcos for being warm, friendly, and incredibly supportive — really appreciate the positive energy they bring every day. The equipment variety is top-notch, parking is easy, and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a solid workout environment in the Round Rock/Austin area! 💪

It's spacious, which is nice. The locker rooms are clean. Staff is very professional. Reasonably priced, open twenty four hours on some days, plenty of parking. Good equipment,

Interesting that you can remove my negative review. I will always tell moms to never trust their babies to this gym. You are understaffed and abusive to your staff.
