Amazing service
Amazing service! Luxurious environment and a bar in the front! Does it get any better than that?!
If you want the best nails for everyday or an event this is the place to go!! I see Sue and she is so attentive to detail! Very kinda and can do whatever design you desire!
Amazing customer service!! Delicious Vietnamese coffee too (highly recommend). Mimi did my nails and she was super detail orientated, kind, and frequently checked in if I liked the shape, color, and experience. The front reception gentleman asked how I heard about them. I shared I was sad I missed their grand opening because I was most excited about the coffee pop up! He proceeded to give me a gift card for the coffee shop (near my job in Austin) and honored my teacher discount, even though I didn’t have my badge on me. They have a life long customer!
What a great mani and pedi! Salon is beautiful and Moon is great!
My daughter set up an appointment for me at 530 with Adam. She is a licensed nail tech and said he was beat nail tech she ever came across. She texted me that afternoon to let me know he asked for me to come in at 6. I waited and went in at 6. Waited almost 30 minutes before I was passed off to someone else. Yeah, got the free drink...and was told well Adam does fancy nails. Since you want just pink and white we are passing you to X (I don't remember the gal's name.) What am I supposed to say? I texted my daughter. She calls and explains I wanted Adam. They gave me a whole $10 off (which was what I gave in a tip.) I was told this gal would do a great job. She didn't. My nails look okay at best. I have several fingers that have ring of fire. Two nails the finish gel coat is scratched. The pink tips aren't even. And my nails are didn't get smoothed out. I don't recommend this place.
By far the absolute best I’ve ever had will be back again
Very nice atmosphere. Very friendly people. Loan Did a great job on my toes. Will definitely refer and be back.
My best friend and I went there to get pedicures, and she had a wonderful experience, but I sure didn’t. Kim my technician, Clipped my skin like every four seconds. Then when she was massaging the bottom of my feet, she left her huge ring on and was pressing it into my skin. To top it off, she used a scolding hot towel after the massage. It was super hot I thought I was going to have blisters afterwards, didn’t feel like a normal hot towel that had just come out of a towel warmer. Felt more like a towel that was in the oven at 400• Fahrenheit for 300 days. Thankfully I didn’t get blisters. Her attention to detail was subpar. Also all of my nails are super crooked, all different shapes. The place is beautiful and very elegant and my best friend did have a good experience. That is why I’m giving them two stars and not one.
I came opening day and it was crazy but understandable. Came back almost a month later and got a pedicure and SNS dip. Took almost 4 hours for these 2 items. Toe nails are not straight. The “cat eye” I paid an extra $15 dollars, you can’t even tell. Had to get a tip because I broke 1 nail. She didn’t even make it match the length to my other hand and it has a weird curve to it. Very disappointed to have to spend over $100 and not even get anything really special and what I did get looks bad. I didn’t want to have to sit for another hour to have anything fixed.
