I order jalapeño poppers instead I get a plastic container of jalapeños,when telling the RUDE cashier on drive thru that she got the order wrong. she had the audacity to get MAD and make face like she was child.The MANAGER IN CHARGE WAS THE SAME. ...IF YOU DONT LOVE YOUR JOB ...QUIT....SHAME ON YALL YA RUDE KARENS.....

4.15.26 the staff was amazing. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place genuinely deserves it. Golden Chick in Jarrell isn’t just somewhere you grab food—it’s one of those spots that feels consistent, welcoming, and honestly comforting in a way that’s hard to explain unless you’ve been there. Every time I’ve gone, the food has been hot, fresh, and made with care. The chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. You can tell they’re not cutting corners. Even the sides—whether it’s the rolls, mashed potatoes, or fried okra—feel like someone actually cared about how they turned out, not just tossed them in a box. But what really stands out is the people. The staff has always been friendly, patient, and respectful, which makes a bigger difference than most places realize. The chicken salad is awesome
Everything that was ordered was not right they served 4 gravy’s . when I ordered fries and mac & cheese, no sauce and just House sauce that I did not order last time I will be ordering there. Order was giving cold not even warm.
I usually don’t write reviews but I gotta say… Stopped by during a road trip for dinner and maybe I just got lucky but that was THE FRESHEST AND JUICIEST piece of chicken I’ve ever had and the CRISPIEST fries. The best golden check experience I’ve had. I was not ready and totally flabbergasted. Pretty fast service too and the cashier at the drive thru was also super nice 😊 would definitely go out of my way to eat here again in future road trips.
Ordered 12 piece tender. This was 3 of the 11 I received. Golden Chick is usually good but you definitely need to pass on this location.
