BEWARE!!!! Serious concerns about this place and their protection of privacy under HIPAA and privacy while visiting. Please be careful for your loved one's sake. If Medicare/medicaid is involved HIPAA is involved and so is a proper release form. Not sure how many times this has happened. Tried calling them multiple times with no response.
