I had a disappointing experience at Dental Care at Cedar Breaks in Georgetown. The office staff came across as consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming, which immediately made the visit uncomfortable. More concerning, the dental team did not provide thorough explanations of treatment procedures. Important details were left out, and I often had to ask multiple follow-up questions just to understand what was being done or recommended. Even then, I felt like I was not receiving complete or clear information about my care options. When I raised concerns about the lack of communication, I was told, “well, the patient should have asked.” In my opinion, it is the provider’s responsibility to ensure patients fully understand their treatment without needing to repeatedly prompt for basic explanations. Overall, the experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking in patient-centered care. I would not feel comfortable returning or recommending this office based on my visit.
