David went above and beyond our expectations for a real estate agent. He took the list of houses we liked and wanted to tour and added suggested homes based on similar aspects we liked and looked for. We spent many hours together in one day driving all around touring houses after David set up scheduled tour times for each house. My boyfriend and I were very much at ease during the whole process with David’s help. He was very personable, never pressured us and gave helpful insight to the surrounding area as we moved to Texas from out of state! We highly recommend David and will use him again in the future.

David listened to my needs in both a home and the timeframe that i had. He even followed up with an email to make sure he hadn’t missed anything. He made sure I got the MLS information on every property he found that met my criteria and he set up viewings for me quickly. He made sure to point out any issues with the properties that he saw as well as pluses. We found the perfect place for me, in my needed timeframe and everything fell into place and he made it a wonderful experience. I’m usually someone who hates house looking. I felt that we were truly partners in finding my new home. Thank you David.
