they use to be good but it’s not the same no more. EDIT : they told me to specify my complaint so i will. The croquettas use to be always fresh - now most of the time they don’t taste fresh. They are ALWAYS out of stock of most of the things . El pan tostado con mantequilla was made for me once super good before , i went two more times and got the same thing and both those times it wasn’t made right it was stale and tasted kinda old. They never have the fruit to make batidos and the pastellitos aren’t as fresh anymore. Years ago when i came here for the first couple times it was a good place, now it is pretty bad and doesn’t give me taste to my cuban tastebuds. the customer service is decent , sometimes they take long and you can tell they don’t wanna work -i expect gratitude and a smile but i’ve never seen that here .
