Round Rock · Georgetown · Hutto · PflugervilleSome churches make you perform your way in before you belong. This one opens its arms first. Community Bible Church of Weir, Texas is a non-denominational church in Georgetown with a pastor known for teaching the Bible plainly, modern worship, and Bible study led from within the congregation. Small-town friendly, the kind of place newcomers find their home church within a year.
Pastor Michael Wright is as fine a Bible teacher as I have ever known or studied under. The praise & worship is modern and led by Boyd Bush, who is also a great teacher (Ph.d.) in his own right. The congregation isn't too small or too large for such a small community. Services are @ 10:30am on Sunday mornings.
We found this church a year ago,and made it our home church. Pastor Michael is an awesome speaker and teacher. His wife Christina is the bible study teacher. Small town friendly with open welcoming arms.
Emphasis on prayer and connection to God during current services 🙏.
