Everyone at Comfort Keepers has gone above and beyond in achieving excellence in service for my 94 y.o. MIL. She lives in one state, and I, I another, but the way they handled our relationship was very easy and extremely pleasant! Their communication was always clear and concise, and their website was easy to use. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who is interested. I received information from them through email, text, and communication log on their website. I truly cannot think of a single thing on which they need to improve!!! 10/10!!!!

My brother is being taken care of by the wonderful people at Comfort Keepers. Since they have been there for him, he seems more like his old self. He is happier and enjoys all of the caregivers. The staff at the office have been so helpful to me by answering questions and listening to me. My brother lives outside of Georgetown and I live in the Kansas City, MO area and I am so thankful for the great care he is receiving. I had a very nice visit today with Rich. Last week, my brother had a fall and had to go to the hospital. While waiting for the EMTs, several Comfort Keepers people were there with him (including Rich and the Owner). Thank you again for giving me some peace of mind while being so far away and for caring about my brother.

Impressive Care from What I’ve Seen I don’t have a loved one using Comfort Keepers, but I’ve seen their caregivers in the neighborhood and around our community, and they always leave a great impression. The staff are polite, attentive, and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Whether it’s helping someone out of a car, walking with a client in the park, or just chatting and keeping them company, they’re always kind and respectful. You can tell they really care. It's comforting to know there are companies like this providing such quality care for seniors. Based on what I’ve observed, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone looking for in-home elderly care. They clearly take their work—and the people they help—seriously.

Living in Missouri, I had to rely on reviews when choosing care for my mother in law in Austin, and Comfort Keepers did not disappoint. She needed help with daily tasks like meal prep and housekeeping, and their caregivers made a big difference. They took the pressure off so she could use her limited energy for things she actually enjoyed. It was a huge relief knowing someone was there, keeping an eye out for trip hazards and changes in her health.

Comfort keepers has been helping us care for my wife for over 4 years now. The caregivers and services have been exceptional. We had tried a few other services prior to comfort keepers and highly recommend comfort keepers Georgetown above all others.
