I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services I recently received.
On my initial visit, I requested highlights; however, the results were significantly uneven, with certain sections appearing noticeably lighter than others. Due to the unsatisfactory outcome, I contacted Haydin to request a corrective service.
I returned the following day at 10:00 a.m. for the correction. Despite this, the results again failed to meet my expectations. I had clearly requested a honey or caramel tone, but the final result was a copper color, which was not in line with my request.
Furthermore, I was informed that my hair could not be lifted to the desired shade because I am “not white.” I found this statement to be inappropriate and concerning. I also believe that, during my initial consultation, I should have been informed if achieving my desired result would not be possible, rather than proceeding with the service despite limitations in properly lifting my hair color, particularly as I was later told I am not a “blonde” that is easy to work with.
In addition, while the communication may have appeared polite on the surface, the overall demeanor felt dismissive, and the handling of my hair during the service was aggressive and caused discomfort.
I also paid $280 for this service, which is an outrageous price given the outcome I experienced.
I understand that, in many cases, businesses aim to resolve concerns through a corrective appointment rather than issuing refunds. However, given my experience, I do not feel comfortable returning for further services, as the service was handled in an unprofessional manner not once, but twice.
Given these issues, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the manner in which it was provided!.

Today, I brought my daughter (who is especially sensitive when it comes to anything involving hair, water, or styling) to see Mindy Fuller for a haircut. What could’ve easily turned into a stressful experience was instead surprisingly uplifting, all thanks to Mindy’s incredible skill and gentle approach.
She quickly earned my daughter’s trust, diffusing tension and turning what we feared might be another disastrous attempt into something beautiful. My daughter’s haircut was stunning, and by the end, she was even chatting with Mindy, which is a rarity.
We’ve tried other places before with *meh* results, but Mindy’s patience and warmth truly set her apart. If your child is tenderheaded or anxious about haircuts, I cannot recommend Mindy enough. Her kindness is matched only by her talent. You can tell this is more than just a job to her. It’s a calling.

Omg i don’t even know where to start! I have gone to every salon in hutto including the popular ones Salt&Waves& Hmack and nothing compares to how amazing this salon is! I don’t bleach or color my hair so my hair cuts are very important to me, and normally when I leave the salon i always feel disappointed/ unsatisfied, the cuts aren’t necessarily bad but it’s just never want I want/envisioned and I feel the stylist don’t care to truly listen to what I ask and give their professional input to collaborate and figure out what works best for me specifically. After multiple unhappy experiences I started doubting if getting a haircut was worth the $ at all anymore. BUT everything changed when I came here and met Mindy. She is truly a hair magician and was so freaking amazing. She listens, is kind, easy to talk to and has an artistic eye which separates her from everyone else i’ve been to. She truly is an artist as well as a stylist. I have NEVER been this happy after a haircut, normally i am texting my family and friends saying it was meh but this time i facetimed everyone as soon as I got home to show them and they said they haven’t seen me this happy after a service everrrr!!! They had an event today so Mindy only did a dry cut due to time limitations so I can’t imagine how amazing it would be to have the whole wash/cut/blowout experience if i’m this happy with just the haircut!!! The owner Jill is also so sweet and has curated an amazing space that just has good vibes as soon as you walk in. I can’t recommend them enough and I am so glad i decided to try them out (walk in) and the universe aligned me with Mindy who i can confidently say I am now loyal to and can’t wait to go back🦋🦋✨✨✨
