The food used to be excellent but for the past 3 months they have just degraded in service. The snacks are worst. Previously punugulu were not counted now 12 pieces for 8$, bajji recuded the size and 3 for 8$, no dressings or onion or karapoddi. I am so sorry to say if this continues people will loose trust. Please improve the quality of the product and don't count you have a box and it can't fit more than a certain number. One punugulu and bajji costs more than chicken biryani. Please improve the cost structure. Profits are good but not at the cost of quality.

False advertisement- the menu says curries come with Naan and rice. But they gave without naan. When asked about it, they simply say the menu dispayed on the big wall os obsolete and they do not give naan. What agitated me the complete non chalant attitude of the cashier saying if naan is not there, eat with rice. Really! Never going to come this joint. They lost a customer permanently.

We ordered paneer pulao on April 12th around 8:30 PM, and when we came home, we were shocked to find chicken mixed in it. I called the next morning and explained the issue to the girl who answered. She asked if I had a picture, which I didn’t, but I told her I would call back in the evening to place a replacement order. When I called again on April 13th around 8:30 PM, the guy who answered was extremely rude and dismissive. He twisted his words, didn’t acknowledge the mistake, and didn’t offer any apology. The attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. We understand mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience was far from it.

The staff behavior over the course has come down considerably. The front staff who serves appetizers started cleaning at 8.30 pm with all cleaning supplies (the usual) when asked can you let me see what's still there he says "yes" and then ignorantly starts moving stuff out. Has the worst attitude especially when you are in F&B business. Also note, they clean that up and put the food right back,its the same food BTW thats been sitting outside the hot box and with all the cleaning stuff smell. I'm not coming back to this place!
