Absolutely unacceptable. I paid $75 for gel nails, and they started coming off on the second day. I came back for a repair, and instead of actually fixing the nail, they didn’t even redo it. They just removed the polish and put a top coat on it like that was supposed to solve the problem. That is NOT a repair. I paid $75 for what exactly? Cheap work, poor service, and no accountability. If your gel nails can’t even last more than 2 days and you refuse to properly fix them, you should not be charging these prices. Extremely disappointed and would never come back.
Ever since the staff changed, the quality of the nail service has really improved. The prices are great, and the team is very caring. I highly recommend this place.

Took my mom and myself to get our nails down. Techs were friendly and worked fast. Place was clean and had great ambient music. Price was very affordable.
My first time at the salon for a pedi mani. Excellent service! Kind, patient and knowledgeable as there was a customer who sat next to me loudly complaining and arguing about how she wanted her nails done like she has had them done in Miami. Customer continues to complain about Cedar Park being a small town and called several people on her phone just to whine about her experience. She also tried to start and arguement with on of the nail techs after the tech asked her to stop degrading her in Spanish. Clearly she did not know the tech knew Spanish, Hopefully she will go back to Miami soon.😆
