I made an appointment for a consult 2 weeks ago. My appointment is for today, Tuesday, 04/07/2026 at 5:15. I get a call from someone asking if i was still coming in for the consult and I told her I was. She then asked me if i would rather just send in photos for a phone consult? umm what? NO! I told her I wanted to come in person. Then she said, "well we usually don't stay open this late!" I was pissed and told her to cancel. I am now on google where it says, "closes at 6pm". Absolutely rude and won't be spending my time or money with this local business. Why book me for 5:15 if you don't accommodate that time? A very friendly gentleman at their company booked me for that time slot. I will certainly take the money I planned to spend with them somewhere else. Certainly feels like they might be too rushed to do a good job if i had decided to use them. No thank you!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my injector, Zyann. I’ve been going to her for years, and her talent is truly unmatched. She has such an incredible eye for balance and detail, and it shows in every result. I trust her completely, and honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else. Everything looks so natural but made such a huge difference in how refreshed and lifted my face looks. The staff was extremely skilled and explained every step which made me feel really confident in the process. The spa is gorgeous and everyone made the entire experience feel luxurious.
