Great service, great people
My husband and I have been with Allstate for years starting in California, and when we moved to Georgetown in 2022 we switched to Bryan Jamison’s office. Most recently we have been dealing with identity theft, bank fraud, and a scammer since January 4 of this year. We were contacted on January 4 from a man claiming to be an Experian fraud specialist. His caller ID showed Experian credit bureau, and also our Wells Fargo customer service. He told us our ID’s, social security numbers, bank accounts, and four of our credit cards had been compromised. As of February 5 we discovered he was the scammer, and all of our bank accounts had been completely drained with no money to pay bills. Immediately contacted our bank, closed our accounts, and opened new bank accounts. Also notified Allstate, and very concerned we didn’t have funds to process our automatic debits for our auto policy,and homeowner’s policy. Mary Bullin was the agent I have been working since February 5. She told me Allstate has a special payment plan which allowed us to keep our policies current while we temporarily postponing our payments until we could recover funds. WOW! That was a huge relief to us in the midst of a financial crisis! We hadn’t had late payments on anything in years so being able to work with them without any negative dings on our credit was also very important. We were able to make some smaller payments while going through the process. Also we have had automobile claims, and a couple of homeowners claims over the years that were all handled quickly, and to our satisfaction. All of the staff have been very helpful, patient, and quick to resolve any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this agent, and all of his staff!
