17 from neighborsI had a very disappointing experience at the BOSS store. I returned a recent purchase and was met with extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire return process unnecessarily unpleasant. I expected a much higher level of customer service from a brand like BOSS. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here again, and I hope the company takes steps to improve how customers are treated—especially when handling returns.

On a Saturday evening, we visited the store and noticed it wasn't very crowded. The staff were outstanding in their service, assisting us with fetching various sizes from the back and making the trial process smooth. There were attractive discounts on t-shirts and denim. For fans of the Boss brand, this store is highly recommended for shopping.
The store manager (Dallas) and his team member were extreme helpful with my partner and I when we had a sizing issue with a pair of pants in the holidays. He was very thorough in checking the pants being returned, and even remembered my partner who had bought the pants earlier. I love the BOSS brand.
I bought two shirts, one of them white, I realized three days after buying it that it had some black dots, I went to the store and took the shirt completely new with all its tags and the woman at the counter asked for my receipt and came back saying no. They would change it because they had seen the camera and the shirt was not like that, I asked her that I did not understand how they could see these points from a camera when she herself had to open the shirt and see it up close, she only said that she had zoomed in, which What if I can say then is that they have the best security camera, which is absurd, I left the shirt on the counter for her to throw in the trash, I left without it and without two more shirts that I already had ready to pay for, I hope Have a manager check your excellent security camera and see that what I say is true, I lost 120 dollars.
