Such wonderful folks here. Professional, prompt and very helpful. I love this BSW location
Love this clinic! ☺️ Jessica Greene is so Amazing, she is truly what to look for in a provider. Every appointment i’ve had she listens to my concerns and helps. Her Medical Assistant is very professional and always has a positive attitude. Zerah at front desk is also incredible she was so patient helping me schedule future appointments and work notes. Overall staff and clinic is the best, would definitely recommend!
Hundreds of dollars later and still no relief. The sad part is, they do not actually care about fixing the problem. Don't let the smiles fool you. They'll have you back every few weeks just to take your money. Oh, and the surprise bills are fun. Had to get my insurance advocate involved on one bill that mysteriously went from $99 to $0 when she had to call them. Now, I have to call her again for a bill that has changed three times in the last few weeks, when the doctor literally did nothing. Go somewhere else. Baylor Scott and White is an overpriced option that loves sending you surprise bills. What they fail to tell you is, any procedure you need will be done on an "outpatient" basis at one of their hospitals. They bill insurance as a hospital (instead of a clinic) which results in you paying much more than you would somewhere else. Stay away from BSW if you are on a budget or expect decent care.
Been seeing doctors there for more than 10 years there, great place and staff.
Had urgent care appt . Nurse and staff very friendly and professional. I been going to this facility for 15 plus years. The check in staff very helpful Kendell was very pleasant to talk to. I felt important and enjoyed talking to him. Almost forgot I was even sick. Love my PA Leah Campbell . For urgent care I was seen today by PA Jordan and got the treatment I needed for my cough. Overall this is the place to go for your healthcare needs . God bless them and Jesus loves us!!
ABSOLUTELY WORST NURSE TO DO BLOOD DRAWS!!
It’s a shame, I love the people who work here but their billing practices are straight up predatory. I visited this clinic for a simple outpatient procedure (draining a hematoma on my ear) and was later billed a separate “hospital facility fee” (CPT G0463) in addition to the doctor’s charge, despite this being an urgent care visit not requiring any hospital involvement. They also billed for the actual procedure (CPT 10060) once with the doctor, and again a second time with a modifier for the facility. BSW advised I was supposed to have known this could happen since it was “in the paperwork”. My issue is that there was no clear, plain-language disclosure beforehand that a facility fee would apply, nor that they would bill the CPT procedure code twice - simply because they can. Why would I, or anyone else, continue coming to this place when their billing practices are unethical? Patients deserve transparent pricing and meaningful disclosure, not hundreds of dollars in surprise charges after care is rendered. I would strongly encourage others to go to a facility not associated with a hospital system.
I'm not happy with my medical treatment that I've received from my doctor
I recently visited the Baylor Scott & White Hutto Location for routine labs. My results came back abnormal, and I expected a prompt review or explanation from the physician. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to communicate my concerns, I received no direct response from the physician. When I followed up, the nurse told me that my results were “not critical” according to Baylor Scott & White’s terminology. However, being not critical doesn’t mean normal, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Patients deserve clear communication and reassurance when results are abnormal, even if they’re not urgent.
I have tried to give this clinic grace for months but have had enough. I came to this clinic after being dismissed by doctors for years regarding my health. This clinic appeared to be helpful at the beginning, but when it comes to referrals they don’t seem to understand the patient cannot see specialists without referrals on specific insurance plans. I have had to call this office along with my specialists office every single week since July to try to track down my 13 referrals. I have yet to see multiple specialists, my health has degraded to the point that I cannot work or drive myself, and I have received no treatment from my doctor here. I am tired of begging the nurses on the phone to care about my health only to get nowhere every single time. I have requested the same referrals more times than I can count, only for no paperwork to ever be processed correctly. If you are on an HMO plan, save your money and don’t go here.
