I found the company to be very knowledgeable and very professional. They thoroughly explained everything which I appreciated. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

From the initial quote, to the follow up after the completion of the repair, Bats Foundation Repair has been prompt, efficient, polite, easy to deal with. Their quote was, to the dollar correct, no added charges or fees. The only thing that I didn't like was that we delt with many different people from many different departments BUT every one of those people were polite, professional and helpful.

Three years ago Bats replaced our old house foundation with concrete pilings and did a great job; professional and quick. Three years later due to a plumbing leak we had them back out. They were on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied.
