Love the proximity to my house! Staff are always kind and helpful. Waiting area always kept clean and their is a kids movie on for the little ones.

Polite staff. Doctor answered my questions fully so I understood my next steps for skin and hair care.
Great visit for my son. Dr. Racquet A. Sanchez was very patient, gentle, and explained everything so well. We had a wonderful experience.
Sanchez is an absolutely amazing doctor and very nice as well. She explains everything in great detail and takes the time to answer all of my questions too. My girls absolutely love going to the doctor now that she is their pediatrician.
I called to get an appointment scheduled for my new born due to some concerns. I’m on hold for 13 minutes before anyone picks up. I’m then asked a series of questions before being placed on hold again, because an appointment cannot be scheduled until I speak to the physicians nurse. Waited on hold for 20 minutes, no one got on the call. I hung up and called again. This time I picked the speak to nurse/physician option only to be on hold for 15 minutes before someone got on and transferred the call, which was hung up within a minute. I call again, by this time I’ve wasted 45 minutes. I wait another 15 minutes on hold, nothing. It is now 10:36am when my original call was placed at 9:13am and I have not spoken to anyone that can help me with my concerns or schedule the appointment I need for my baby.

Ever since Luke left they have provided the worst care I’ve ever experienced and I’m a VP of patient services. They’ve delayed my appointment, then do not address the reason for my appointment. When asking for a refund they declined it because the PA decided to bring up another topic and use that as an excuse for not refunding. This place has turned into a scam. Run the other way.
First off, you have to schedule a physical months in advanced. My appointment is today 10/20/2025 at 3pm. Every other physical I’ve had, I go early in the morning to have the standard blood draw while I’m fasting. I called to ask if I can go in before I eat breakfast and the nurse said they can’t do that because they don’t know what needs to be ordered. It’s a standard panel! I work in the medical field, used to work for ARC, and know that it is standard to allow patients to come in early to have blood drawn for the physical. My old provider even recommended it, so that labs were ready by the time I saw them. I know ARC has a central lab, so they probably can’t do same day lab results, but to laugh and tell me that there is no way to order labs before a physical is rude. I’m already looking for a different PCP.
I really tried to give this place several chances. I think the reason I held on for so long was the ease of scheduling in the app. Dr Griffen is good but where she works at is not. I’ve never seen the front desk smile. The place is a pediatric office yet they don’t even go as far as giving a sticker at the end of the visits. It drives me crazy how the MA doesn’t wash her hands or wear gloves before touching my baby. I wrote this in a survey last time hoping to see it change next visit and it didn’t- I watched her put her hands all over my babies face while measuring the head with no gloves/no hand sanitizer in site. I think it’s finally time to move on. I’ll be transferring both my girls. The place went downhill after Dr Hunt left.
DONT BOTHER BOOKING AHEAD OF TIME!! I got called today to reschedule an appointment I had on October 20th that I scheduled back in AUGUST. It’s already ridiculous that I had to wait that long to get an appointment. How is anyone suppose to take their health seriously when jokes like this place exist!! Took 30 minutes to get my appointment cancelled because I got transferred 3 times and put on hold constantly! Poor staff, poor time management, and an overall poor experience with this place.
