Angels has such a great team that is working there and truly care about the patients.

The frontline staff and direct caregivers here are wonderful, dedicated people who do their best. However, the administration and upper management are unsupportive, which creates a challenging environment. Operational decisions and sudden structural changes heavily impact the workplace stability, and company policies regarding compensation and earned benefits during transitions are not handled fairly. Great coworkers, but the leadership structure needs serious improvement.
