Don't sign up for the monthly membership. I have tried over the last 2 years or so to cancel in person, over the phone, email, disputed the charges on my card, etc. and yet I still get the same charge every month. I don't like leaving bad reviews for businesses, but I'm truly not sure how else to get their attention to stop charging me.

1,655 from neighborsThe times I go their the area always has trash everywhere, the trash cans always are full. This past time I wanted to take my son for his birthday, upon getting there i wasn't aware that is was 300 plus dollars for s table and I was told I needed to leave a 109 dollar deposit. That's a crazy amount of money for just 2 hours. The staff seem like they're all 18 years old. I would recommend urban air versus this place.
Definitely A No for me I don't think parents should have to purchase Socks to sit on Bench and watch their children Also a Rude employee with a bad attitude that doesn't know how to address the guest Honestly just go to Urban Air where the parents can actually watch there kid The Team Lead is helpful and explains everything politely
Muy buena actividad. Para. Los niños. Y muy amables. Los empleados. La sra susane me ayudo. Mucho
Workers there dont let you jump even though a waiver is signed they wanna tell you you jump to hard. Also there is a young employee who wears a purple dewrag to match his uniform who tapes in the bathroom where children are present my 10 year old brought it to my attention and I had to go see for myself he should not be working there
I've come here a couple times with my kiddos, but never have they been so specific about their own branded socks than today, at least for parents anyways, that are just wallkng around watching their kids play and not participating. I think it's pretty dumb for them to require parents that are on the outskirts to buy their own socks. I had urban air socks on and they are the same thing, gripped socks, but I got stopped and told that I needed to buy their brand. Well, first the employee told me he would bring me some and then the other employees insisted I buy them and that "all their employees knew that..." sure they did. Inconsistencies in training seems like, because the lady at the front also didn't tell me that I needed their socks to be a spectator, just a spectator wrist band. Seems like another way to make more money from parents just trying to watch their kids play and make sure they don't get hurt, because the teenage kids they have monitoring the place don't pay attention enough to large kids running full blast, when another one of their rules posted is "no running." They should focus more on that, than parents wearing branded socks. Also, it says "participants must wear branded socks.." NOT spectators. These teenage employees are also often just standing around on their phones instead of paying attention to actual safety guidelines....but let's bug parents about socks, that makes total sense. I won't be returning because it seems they are more concerned about making money than actual safety when the socks parents wear are still safely gripped socks, just not "their brand," and they aren't jumping around on their attractions. Yes the socks aren't that much, but with all the parents they keep telling that to, it adds up. Their management needs to do better than this. *edit* they also say no outisde food and drinks and yet people still had tons of those in there. You can't pick and chose which rules to follow. *new edit* The "owners" response is an automated response they have sent almost word for word to everyone and their claim about the socks being for "safety and cleanliness" reasons is a load of bull. This is clearly all about making money and not safety. Parents having non slip socks on period is safe, not their own brand and that's the way it should be. You spend enough money to have your kids play there, having a parent on the sidelines shouldn't need to spend 4 more dollars on their own socks that may never be used again, especially if they aren't jumping. Their place is filthy anyways, socks have nothing to do with that. Your response means nothing to me as it doesn't mean anything to anyone else, because you aren't going to change anything. Also, I did go and talk to a "manager" later, which I didn't include in my previous review and she looked to be barely an adult and I was livid about seeing kids running around almost hitting me and smaller children and the staff just ignoring that and walking on by. She told some lie about it was being addressed and then said her staff was aware and when I called her out on it, telling her I watched her staff ignore the running children and sitting down in the areas instead of supervising and being on their phones, she didn't have an answer because I told her they are claiming "safety" when they are ignoring the most threat to safety. Before we left I noticed only then did she go walk around and direct her staff, or catch them sitting down instead of paying attention and it shouldn't be that way. Stil not going back, nice try.
I came here with my grandkids and they had a wonderful time! It is a place that you don’t just let your kids run wild they do allow you to be on mats with their socks to keep an eye on them, which I loved! They do their best to keep the bigger kids out of the smaller kids ball pit. Poor guy got flack but he did great!!! All around great experience for all of us.
This place is ridiculous about altitide branded socks for parents just trying to watch their children from the sidelines. Used to be no shoes- makes sense normal socks. Not jumping. Now require trampoline socks. Cool I wore a pair I have from another company. Again not to jump to watch. They wanted me to buy altitude socks or said they would throw mine away and give me a pair. So just trash socks for what purpose? Meanwhile dirt everywhere kids running wild with no supervision and I get grief for sitting with the wrong socks on. Management has staff monitoring the wrong thing.
This place was great. Wish there was more seating.
04/04/2026 My recent experience here has been absolutely awful. First the register girl had hogged up my phone and snatched it back bc she forgot to do something for the Groupon deal. Second some random worker told me I couldn’t wear my slides on the carpet bc it would get the carpet dirty which was dumb bc the carpet was already completely filthy not only that but she had a horrible attitude and was shouting at me bc I questioned this request. Third some random worker again came up to me and asked me to go get a spectator wristband at the front. I’m unsure why that wasn’t given to me in the first place I had to leave my two small children unattended to go wait in this long line just for a wristband. After all the the manager took it upon herself to remove people shoes from the carpet and benches and also said we could not have water even if it was put away in my diaper bag that it had to be at some random table below where I wouldn’t even be able to supervise my property. Please hire a friendlier staff who get things right the first time around and with rules clearly posted.
