Dr Simon Garstin is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and great at explaining the why behind the Airrosti method! I have had a lot of different Types of therapy, chiropractic care, etc. and this model has been the most effective. The facial release is then followed by physical therapy, and Ebony is also great and you can tell she believes in the process and loves her job!
I sprained my knee on a hiking trip and Dr. Rozacky was able to diagnose and recommend the perfect stretching and strengthening exercises to speed my recovery. Eric helped me with the exercises that were simple to follow. This is my second time using Airrosti and I really can’t say enough great things about them. I will continue to use them (hopefully not soon) and recommend them to anyone with pain issues.

I had such a great experience at Airrosti in Leander, especially with Dr. Simon and his PT, Ebony. They are both incredibly kind, attentive, and truly take the time to listen to your concerns. I never felt rushed—they really focused on understanding my pain and the issues I was dealing with, and they helped me make real progress. They gave me great at home exercises to do and really educate you in ways to decrease pain if it does come back, or to do proactively to maintain your progress and the best outcomes. They also have an app for your customized exercises you can follow. On top of being knowledgeable and effective, they’re also funny, warm, and very personable, which makes the whole experience so much more comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Honestly, everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming—it’s a great environment from start to finish. I would highly recommend Airrosti to anyone needing care, and Dr. Simon and Ebony are the absolute best! I will honestly miss seeing them and joking with them. Feel like I made more friends.
Experienced and knowledgeable professionals. All were kind and helpful. I especially appreciate that I felt like a person and not a number. They were non-judgmental and focused on getting me back to my running. My pain is gone and I feel empowered to continue the home exercises to remain pain free.
Time invested well. Went in with tested optimism (previous experience!) and out with a smile. A big help to pain relief and best of all, equipped to DIY as much as possible. I will not hesitate to depend on Airrosti again. Their goal is to equip & discharge you asap. They improve a smorgasbord of treatable conditions that make your life immensely better.

What a great experience from Dr. Garstin and Ebony, they are both professionals and compassionate health care providers. I started with a pain scale on my right shoulder with 7/10 and ended almost no pain at all after 4 sessions. They are also both experts in their field of work and the best part they are also both great listeners! I highly recommend this branch in Leander.
