I have no complaints for both the service and the scheduling. Everything I rquested was performed expertly. Chris worked very professionaly on every detail. Bonnie was excellent on scheduling and reminders of schedules.

Chris is amazing. He spends a lot of time making sure you understand and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I have tinnitus and since I started wearing hearing aids it’s made such an amazing difference. I didn’t realize what I wasn’t hearing. Going in this office is like going and visiting friends. You don’t feel like it was a doctors visit with everyone being so friendly. Laura just makes you feel so welcome when you get there it’s like you have known them forever. Plus the follow up care you get after is just as amazing. They will work to fix any issues. Amazing people. If you need hearing aids or just need hearing checked stop looking and give them a try you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. Very thorough. They walk you through every step and explain in a way that you understand and don’t feel overwhelmed. Chris was so kind and made sure we didn’t have any questions. They offered financing as well which helped us a great deal . I won’t go anywhere else. I will recommend this place to anyone who is having issues with their hearing. You won’t regret it. Laura is so sweet and kind. She kept us laughing before appointment so nobody had time to be nervous. Thank you all so much.

I had a great visit. Laura Jennings, the office manager was very kind and patient with me. Chris Silguero, the specialist was very thorough and explained everything to me patiently and helped calm my fears. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do give free hearing tests. I didn't know that I needed a hearing aid. They helped me with my insurance and let me know how much it would cost me.
