I had been going to this practice for years with great care. Since Dr Zeyad Mughrabi (Dr Z) left, the practice has gone downhill. I needed a crown and the tech doing the prep took over an hour. When I came in for the follow up (twice) it didn’t fit…the dentist did not want to start over…. Will not go back or recommend this practice to others.
Been coming here for 6 years, they're consistently awesome. Great staff, highly knowledgeable. Very clean, professional, and friendly. Great communication. They are honest and don't try to upsell unnecessary services. Highly recommend.
This place changed hands and all I can say is don’t go here. They double Charged us they had us get a loan through their so-called loan company for no reason they double charged us and now they’re saying that they’re gonna refund us to pay the loan off but yet we don’t have a refund yet. Bad bad bad service do not go here. It took a phone call to the corporate office to get this resolved. We were quoted double the cost of the procedure. Their response is simply to cover their incompetence. We will not never go back here. I see there are many other complaints on the reviews so we have no doubt they will be out of business soon !!! These people must have sold out. I ask when i made an appointment to have a tooth pulled if I had a look and see appointment or to pull the tooth out. I was told they would take care of it when I came in. Instead, they charged me a look and see fee of $138, and gave me an estimate for $2,000 to put a new cap on it. People were not friendly, especially the young dentist. They didn’t even give me a cost for an extension until I ask for it.
Used to love this place before the recent changes and new management. I had a great experience in the past, but things have gone downhill. My husband recently went in for the same services I had done the previous year, and we were shocked to find extra charges that shouldn’t have been there. Turns out, the new billing person made some questionable decisions. Beware of the new billing practices — double check everything! Won't be coming back. In reply to your response I called to inquire why my husband was charged $160 for a procedure that I underwent the previous year for only $50. Describing the charges as “identical” seems inaccurate, given the $110 difference in copays. When I requested an itemized statement, I was sent a list of procedures without any CPT (procedure) codes, which made it impossible for me to verify the charges with our insurance provider. I followed up via email to request the appropriate codes and unfortunately never received a response. At this point, we’ve decided not to return. Thank you for your past care, but this experience has been disappointing
