I am very thankful to Brennan, the audiologist who spent time carefully adjusting my hearing aids. She was thoughtful and worked with me patiently to make sure that each function of my aids was serving my needs as best possible. She also encouraged me to be attentive to any issue that might arise and come back if necessary. Brennan is to be commended for her expertise as well as her courteous and caring service.

The team at Cook Hearing is outstanding. The care they took and continue to take with ensuring the tools needed for assisting my hearing is second to none. For the first time in decades, I can hear a normal conversation while on a plane with the aids from Cook. I tried to do my own thing with over-the-counter versions I bought on my own and wish I hadn’t wasted that time. I know that everyone’s experience will be different but I’m blown away. I can hear so much better.

The entire staff is so positive and professional and so willing to help me with simple problems like fit to working with the new technology that's avaliable. Outstanding service by the Dr. there. She took the time needed to answer any questions we had. Very patient and understanding. Highly recommend the service here if you have hearing loss or need new hearing aids.
