I booked the professional cleaning service with Austin Maid Service online and I have to say that the whole process was extremely easy. The crew arrived perfectly on time and in two hours did a deep cleaning that absolutely deserves the 5 star rating. I requested the deep cleaning for move out and everything was perfect. Even the appliances were perfectly clean. Thank you! I will definitely use this company again if I need it.

We searched for a reliable cleaning service for a long time. All maids are always prompt and friendly. It’s a joy to come home to my clean home and they will add on extra services when we need something extra - like straightening the patio and wiping patio tables before a big party. Early-on, we needed to provide additional direction and feedback and ensure everything is “neat” so they can focus their efforts really cleaning what needs to be scrubbed. After a couple of discussions with the cleaners, they have gotten the feel for us, and us them, and I can honestly say they do a thorough job getting all surfaces, floors and bathrooms clean.
