Dr. Cuervo, AuD, ABA, and her assistant Valerie, were amazingly patient and very informative. There was no rush as I was introduced to the features and possibilities of the hearing aids she recommended for my need. After deciding on the purchase, then came patient explanation of inserting, which is easy. I left feeling cared for and well prepared for this addition to my life. I expect that ongoing communication when necessary will be pleasant.
