I’ve been struggling with tinnitus and muffled hearing for quite done time , so I was a bit nervous walking into my appointment, but Dr. Bea Smith completely put me at ease. From the moment she greeted me with a warm smile, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in what I’d been experiencing. She took the time to ask detailed questions, listened without rushing, and explained everything in plain English (no confusing jargon). The hearing test was thorough, and when the results came back she walked me through the audiogram step-by-step, and explaining everything so I could understand what was going on Honestly, it was the best audiologist visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Bea Smith is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients’ quality of life. If you’re in the area and need hearing care, I can’t recommend her highly enough; 10/10!
