The technicians who dropped off and picked up my devices were great - 5 stars. However, my experience with the company was mixed. It took a month from my first call to receive the device. I called several times during that month and either had to leave a message (which was never returned) or got someone who said they would “look into it” and then got disconnected. It was not majorly time sensitive, but frustrating.

Brya did a great job in giving instructions on the use of my cpap machine. She has a great personality and it was pleasant to interact with her. She knew knew the product very well and was able to answer all my questions.

We had a new nurse visit yesterday to bring more supplies. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered my many questions and got everything set up with new parts. We really like her and know we are in good hands.

I had to order a new cpap machine. I was called when it came in amd was able to pick it up the same day. Brandon worked with me and the process went very easy. Brandon was informative and very knowledgeable, quick and very nice. Would definitely recommend Aerocare.
