Jason did several jobs (install ceiling fan, install 5 smoke detectors, and fix garage light) and all were completed well. He was very thorough-making sure there was zero wobble from the fan, making sure we were happy with everything before he left. He was also personable and could easily answer our questions. Would recommend!

The team has really good follow-up and customer service. I had a tricky situation because my tenant approved the work and then bailed before completion, so I was left to sort it all out. I was originally charged $1,355 to replace a bedroom door and one piece of trim which was much higher than expected. The pricing for the "tasks" outlined was initially vague, but after clarifying, they eventually refunded $207 because the door itself did not have to be painted. As with most larger companies, there are fees for overhead, vehicles, insurance, etc. but their work is guaranteed for it's lifetime. If I use them again, I will just be sure to have clarity from the beginning of all costs incurred and compare them with other service providers. I appreciate their professionalism which might be worth paying the higher premium.

I hired this company to install a mini-split in my son's back bedroom. When I checked my credit card bill, I saw duplicate charges. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm beyond the time to dispute any duplicate charges. They left the unit's cord to Texas' extreme weather!! Whether Hot or "Snowmogedden, Texas gets really extreme. I'm posting a picture of how they left it. If you would be ok with a company leaving this as their completed service, then you should call these folks...and had the nerve to tell me "can't fix it without a $200 fee!!" And after I've already $2K?!! I won't use this company and I suggest you find another company for you & family, as you'll be better off! Thx for reading!

I had setup an estimate to get a hookup for my Generator. Michael and William were awesome. They inspected the house and gave pointers for improvements. But the best thing was they were able to tell me the scope of the work and explained what was needed for my generator. Then they said they could do it same day. Say what ?! They were very quick with the install and cleaned up afterwards. Now, I have a direct connection to my house. Both men were very well spoken and easy to talk to. I would recommend them again and again. Great job, guys!

This company is definitely on top of their service. Communication from them was great! Letting me know who was coming to perform the work, advising what his credentials were. When Julio showed up for the job he did excellent work and was extremely user friendly. Overall a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them. They are now my “go to”.
