 ter\, and what you can do during high school to become a strong candidate.
  The session will also provide an overview of the City of Round Rock’s sum
 mer internship program\, including how to apply and the application timeli
 ne. The program will conclude with a panel discussion and Q&A featuring fo
 rmer City interns who will share their experiences and advice.\n\nSpeaker 
 Bio: Bethany Cathey works in Organizational Development for the City of Ro
 und Rock\, where she supports employee leadership development initiatives 
 across city departments. She has more than 17 years of experience in educa
 tion\, training and development\, instructional design\, and coaching\, in
 cluding previous roles with NASA's internship program\, Dell Technologies\
 , and working in public education. Bethany holds a master's degree in Curr
 iculum and Instruction and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Certifi
 ed Professional Co-Active Coach.\n\nAdulting 101 programs are designed to 
 help teens develop life skills and knowledge to transition to adulthood.\n
